Refund Policy

At Flavell, we strive to ensure our software meets the high expectations of healthcare providers. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and subscription renewals for our SaaS platform.

Flavell is a subscription-based service billed either monthly or annually. Unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the applicable subscription fee using the payment method on file.

If you signed up using a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, you will be billed for the subscription plan you selected during sign-up.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing settings in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Flavell's features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances solely at our discretion:

• If you were charged due to a technical error on our end.
• If the service experienced significant, prolonged downtime that violated our SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• If you request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase (applicable only to new accounts, not renewals).

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team. Include your clinic name, account email, and the reason for the request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the service after modifications, you agree to the updated policy.
